EXCHANGE I SHIPPING POLICY

      RETURNS AND EXCHANGE :

     1. You  can exchange your saree within 4 days from the time you received , provided the saree is in  
         good condition as it was revived neatly packed in its original cover. 
     2. You can return your product and ask for refund only if the item is defective or damaged provided    
         the opening video of the parcel from the begining till end. It will take 7-10 working days to refund    
         the amount after receiving the product.
      3. We do not have pick up facility so the pick up will have to be arranged from your end with your    
          own expenses

  1. We have partnered with the best logistics services to ensure that your products are handled    
    professionally and delivered on time. 
  2. We offer free shipping for all prepaid orders within India.

  3. Shipping charges/ cash handling charges of Rs. 200/- is applicable for all COD orders within India.

  4. Orders are delivered within 2-3 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. In case of any delay in processing your order, we will intimate you.
